- This appointment is set with a 2 hr. window, the fee is $45
Emergency service
- after hours and weekends
- $95 with a firm appointment time ( 9 to 7 is considered normal business hours)
Air conditioning service includes
- confirm that all major components and safety devices are operational
- confirm operational sequence of events
- verify that operational efficiency is maintained
- isolate component failure and estimate cost of repairs
- give customer overall assessment of systems condition

Bi - yearly services for spring and fall
- include the above inspections and services
- cleaning of the outside condenser coil in the Spring
- cleaning of the inside air handler or furnace in the Fall
- oil all electric motors (if possible, not all motors can be)
- the yearly cost is $125
- $75 each if purchased separately
